Welcome to First Grade! I can't wait to get to know you and your student!

I graduated from UC Davis some time ago with a BA in Communications and a BS in Managerial Economics. Since then, I have spent time as an auditor, in graphic design and earned a real estate license among other things. My love for learning new skills and sharing that knowledge led me to education. So, I went back to school to receive my teaching credential and Master's in Teaching from St. Mary's College in California. My family and I moved to the island in 2021, from California.

While I began my teaching career in California, I have been at x̌alilc (Halilts) Elementary School since 2022. My husband, Troy, and I have three kids (Dashiell, Gabriella and Townsend) as well as two rescue dogs (Inspector Marshmallow and Dr. S'more).
